In reality, adults learn new skills like children do: by starting small. Just as you crawl before you walk and learn basic concepts before tackling advanced subjects, you need a solid foundation for growth. The MM serves as your Lego base, where small skills build into larger ones, leading to choices that develop into powerful habits.
We begin with a diagnostic session to identify your unique challenges and their impact on your team and business. What adjustments would lead to the biggest positive shift?
Next, we can optionally conduct a 360 feedback review and a DISC Assessment for added insights.
Finally, we create a tailored training plan using The Mandeville Method. All sessions follow a similar format: Crawl, stand, walk, run, dance!
Every session starts with a temperature check to ensure everyone is aligned and ready.
We begin the training with small, simple skills (crawl) and practice them until participants feel comfortable. Then, we gradually introduce new skills (walk) that build on what they’ve learned, creating compound skills.
Participants then take these skills into the field, and see what works for them. They can identify where they need more help from the trainer, get feedback and ask questions.
We then can add more compound skills built on their real-world experiences. (run)
We repeat this process until the desired outcome is in sight. By then, the participants are ready to continue growing on their own. (Dance!)
The Mandeville Method bridges the gap between knowing what to do and how to do it. With this proven process, if there’s no actionable step, we leave it out.
